This makes it pretty easy to fine tune to the size you want.
You can also use this same method to resize icons in explorer and various other places.

Your comments about Advent and your description of your time at Disneyland caused tears in my heart. I felt I missed out a bit on Christmas this year; at one point during the Gathering I got on an elevator and Musak Christmas music was playing. My first thought was, “Oh, yeah! This is the Christmas season!” So caught up in Middle Earth, I forgot the world was still turning.
